    We booked our Disney trip 6 months ago & booked the All-Star Movies Resort requesting the Toy Story hotel. How apt do you think we are at getting the hotel we requested??? Thanks!

    Hi Lynne!

    Disney tries its best to meet a room request, but sometimes it is just impossible due to many factors.  I suggest calling the resort about 3 or 4 days before your intended check-in date and reminding them of your request. Don't call before then as the hotel won't have your information yet. Then when you check-in, make one last request.
