Hiya, Tamyra!
Welcome to planDisney, friend! I am so very glad that you brought your question to us. Oh, bother, having trouble linking an adventure is never fun for anyone. Let's go through some options so you can add your plans to My Disney Experience, and get back to planning your magical adventure.
You are off to a great start by having a
My Disney Experience account. You mentioned that you are given a "call a representative" message when trying to link your reservation. I will briefly go over the process to add your trip, just in case a step was missing. I recommend starting off on the
Walt Disney World website. Locate the My Disney Experience menu at the top right of the screen. Then select My Plans from the drop-down menu. You will see several blue icons, including one labeled Resort Hotel. Hover over this option and you will see a link titled "
Link a Reservation". The next page will ask you for a confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. You should have received an email from Costco with all of your itinerary details. This is where you would locate the confirmation number needed. Be sure that you are entering the reservation number, and not one of the ticket numbers or your Costco order ID number. Sometimes travel emails have a ton of different numbers, and they can be a little confusing. I always like to remind Guests that you will want to use the Disney Resort hotel reservation or package confirmation number. If you cannot find this number you may need to reach out to Costco directly.
If following this process still gives you an error, you will need to speak with a Cast Member to link your upcoming adventure. You could speak with the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help team for account troubleshooting. I recommend calling early if possible, as this number can get busy later in the day.
I hope that these tips help you link your travel plans to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
We'll see ya real soon!
Tammy
