Hello Limeng, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question, and we appreciate your patience as we assist all who are anxious to visit during the
holiday season.
I'm sorry to hear you accidentally purchased theme park admission for the wrong coast. Although your Disney login information is the same for all Disney websites, the
My Disney Experience Mobile App is exclusively for the
Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, while the
Disneyland Mobile App is what you'll use to make reservations and purchases for the California theme parks.
Unfortunately,
Walt Disney World theme park tickets are non-refundable and can only be used in the Florida theme parks. On the bright side, these tickets will never lose value; when the time is right for you to plan a trip to the East Coast, you can modify them so they are valid for a future date. You can also
transfer wholly unused Walt Disney World tickets to a person in your My Friends & Family list in My Disney Experience, so if you know someone planning to travel to Florida soon, perhaps they can use the tickets. To see if anything else can be done about your accidental purchase, I suggest calling 407-939-5277 and explaining your situation to a Cast Member. Keep in mind the official policy states that refunds are not permitted.
Because
theme park reservations in Disneyland Resort are going quickly these days, I recommend purchasing
theme park tickets on the Disneyland Resort website or through the Disneyland Mobile App as soon as possible. I hope everything works out for you, Limeng, and if there's anything else we at planDisney can do to help make future visits to the Disney Parks even more magical, don't hesitate to reach out again. Thanks again for coming to see us, and have a happy holiday season.
Betsy
