I have booked with a disney resort for our stay, but I haven't purchased my park tickets yet. Can I still book my dining reservations? Or do my park tickets have to be purchased first?

    Hey there, Katie!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Have you started your Disney countdown yet? Your trip will be here before you know it!

Advanced Dining Reservations can be made 180 days in advance of the date that you plan to dine. Dining reservations can be secured without having theme park tickets purchased and linked to your My Disney Experience account. Some Disney guests enjoy dining around Walt Disney World only and may not visit the theme parks. This also gives Orlando area residents the opportunity to dine at Disney. Sometimes, I book our family's dining reservations before I've purchased my theme park tickets. Once I have the dining secured, I can then plan my Disney days around those reservations.
Katie, know that some reservations are hard to secure, so if there are some restaurants that you just have to experience, start making those reservations as soon as possible. At 7am EST, 180 days before the date that you plan to dine, reservations will open up allowing you to make your reservations. You can also call 407-939-1947 to have a Cast Member help make your reservations.

Bon Appetit, Katie! Please stop by and visit with us again if you have any more question.
