    Hi I booked the Disney parks and hotel , they said the tickets will be send to my home, when should I be expecting them

    Hiya pal, Yeh ling, and welcome to planDisney. I am so excited for you to visit Mickey and the rest of the Fab Five in April. You are going during one of my favorite times of the year. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom with topiaries that seem as real as the Disney characters they mimic and make excellent Disney PhotoPass Service photograph souvenirs.

    Typically, when you purchase a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package the hotel reservations and tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you requested hard plastic tickets they typically take an average of 14 days (times may be shorter or longer) for processing, handling, and shipping. If you have not received your tickets by March 20, 2023, I would contact Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 939-1936 and ask for assistance. 

    planDisney Pro Tip: TRON Lightcycle / Run will welcome all programs on April 4, 2023, at Magic Kingdom Park. There will not be a standby line. You may ride either through a virtual queue position or pay via an Individual Lightning Lane entrance.
