Hi Lora, it's my pleasure to welcome you to planDisney! Thanks for bringing us your question today. I know the postal package you mean. In fact, our son's little carry-on case still has stickers on it from the back of the
Little Big Book of Magic that used to be sent out. Now, most material is available digitally.
You can set up a
My Disney Experience account to view all your plans. The email provided by the lead passenger during booking will receive an email containing a confirmation number which can be used to link your plans in My Disney Experience. I'm the least tech-savvy person and have managed to successfully link by
following the steps online.The
My Disney Experience app is a great help for Walt Disney World adventures. Dining reservations,
Mobile Food and Beverage orders, up-to-date wait times, virtual queues, and more are accessed here.
Virtual queues are typically available for the newest, most popular rides at Walt Disney World. Right now, that's the recently launched TRON Lightcycle / Run and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (my absolute favorite).
As you're travelling from the UK, I hope you were able to secure the fabulous Magic Ticket as part of your journey, which includes
Memory Maker. You can confirm your ticket in My Disney Experience - if you see Magic Ticket, your pictures should automatically be linked to your My Disney Experience account when you scan a Disney Band (known as a MagicBand in the States) or MagicMobile-enabled phone. You can then enjoy unlimited digital downloads of all your Disney photos and videos.
Please remember that Guests still need to hold
Park Pass reservations in addition to their tickets to enter the Parks, so if you haven't done so already, now is the time to make these reservations.
Lora, I hope this information helps. Please do pop back if you need help or further clarification on anything. Otherwise, I wish you the most memorable time in the Most Magical Place on Earth. Bon voyage! Louise.
