I booked the disney package on the app. Howveer i can see my hotel booking but not the park tickets or the characters dining? Why is this? Thanks

Hi Chay! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so thrilled to hear that you have a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up! It's been such a magical place for me and my family, where troubles seem far away.

Thanks for asking this great question about locating your park tickets and dining reservations in the Disneyland app, which is an absolute must-have while you're visiting the parks! I'm happy to help!

First, to link park tickets in the Disneyland app, you'll need to locate your ticket ID numbers. If you received an email confirmation, there should be a link to "Access Your eTickets" in the email. This link should allow you to view your theme park tickets, as well as your ticket ID numbers (located underneath the barcode). Or another way to find the ticket ID number is to log into your Disney account on the Disneyland website and within the "My Disneyland" drop-down menu at the far right of the top navigation bar, select "My Plans." From here, select one of your park day reservations and click the "Manage Reservation" box to the right. You should see a Confirmation Number there associated with each reservation. The confirmation number will also serve as your ticket number.

Once you have your ticket ID number, Chay, you'll be able to link your theme park tickets to the Disneyland app by clicking on the (☰) at the bottom right of the screen and selecting "My Tickets & Passes." Then click on the (+) sign in the top right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes” to type in the theme park ticket numbers where they will be added to your Disneyland app!

Now, to locate your dining reservations in the Disneyland app, click on the (☰) at the bottom right of the screen again, but this time select "Future Plans" under "My Visit." You should see your dining reservations, including any Character Dining, listed there by date.

Whew! We made it! But please know, if all else fails and you need further assistance, Chay, reach out to Guest Services either by giving them a call or initiating a chat from the "Help" page on the Disneyland website. The help chat box hovers on the right-hand side of your screen and is a great resource to connect with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. I use it all the time!

I hope this has been helpful to you in your planning, Chay, and that you have an incredible time immersed in the Disneyland magic. If you have any additional questions or perhaps would like tips on how to make your character interactions more magical (like what to ask Pluto when you meet him), please don't hesitate to reach out again. You know where to find me!

    Warmest wishes,
    McCayla
