We are booked on the Disney Magic Western Caribbean cruise in January 2012. Does DCL rent underwater cameras for snorkel excursions?

    Hi, Susan!

Congratulations on your cruise next year to the Caribbean on the Disney Magic -- I love traveling to warm and wonderful destinations when the US is under the blanket of winter!

From what I can gather, Shutters Photography Services aboard Disney Cruise Line ships do not rent underwater cameras, but they do sell them -- the disposable kind and otherwise. Sometimes you can even get a fairly good deal on Embarkation Day. Yet, my best advice is to find one at your local retailer or online before you leave home -- I found one at Abe's of Main for less than $100. They don't take up much space in the suitcase, either.

I hope this helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
