    We are booked on Disney Magic Cruise departing 13/08/2021 from Southampton England. Can we change our arrival time to earlier.

    So glad you stopped by planDisney! There’s going to be MAGIC in the air this summer in the form of Disney Magic at Sea sailings. These staycation sailings sound like a wonderful way to infuse summer with Disney magic! 

    I’m glad to hEAR that you’ve already done your Online Check-In and selected a Port Arrival Time for your voyage. As you probably know, all Guests (including Platinum Castaway Club Members) are required to select a Port Arrival Time before arriving at the cruise terminal. And Guests are not permitted at the terminal or in parking areas before their scheduled Port Arrival Time.

    My guess is that you can try to move your Port Arrival time up earlier, but it’s very likely that the earliest slots have already been filled given that it’s only a few days before your cruise sets sail. You can contact Disney Cruise Line at 0800 171 2317 (UK phone number) to see if any changes can be made to your arrival time. Hey, it never hurts to ask!
