Hi there, Nicol! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I'm excited to see that you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in March. What a great time of year to be traveling. Did you know that
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway at Disney's Hollywood Studios is set to open March 4th? Just in time for your visit!
Now, let's see if we can get your
MagicBand orders straightened out so that you can start getting excited for your upcoming vacation. My husband and I have traveled just the two of us in one room and ordered MagicBands together, so I understand the conundrum.
First, start by double-checking that your
My Disney Experience account is linked to the other guest's My Disney Experience account who will be sharing your hotel room. You can do this by clicking on the "My Family & Friends" tab. If the other hotel guest
is linked to your account and vice versa, next I would check to make sure the reservation number for your hotel stay is linked in both accounts also. This is a crucial step. You can check to make sure this is connected by clicking on the "My Plans" tab. I am hopeful that this will resolve your inability to order two MagicBands. If not, please
call into Guest Services so that someone can help you by directly checking your account.
Nicol, I hope you are able to quickly resolve your MagicBand ordering so that you can arrive stress free at the Walt Disney World Resort and begin your holiday! Don't forget to keep those MagicBands close and don't pack them in checked baggage!
Best wishes for a truly Magical trip!
Lauren
