    When we booked our Disney holiday in June 2021 Genie+ has not yet been released/announced. We would like to book this but we don’t qualify for the Genie+ offer which would be £100. How do we get this offer without cancelling our tickets?

    For sure, you'll never have had a friend like the complimentary Disney Genie Service before!  With lots of inbuilt magic, Disney Genie really can help to enhance, and maximize your precious family time spent at Walt Disney World Resort.  Paula, I'm happy to share that the Disney Genie Service is available for all Guests via their My Disney Experience Mobile App

    Paula your wish is my command, as I have some great news about the Disney Genie+ Service.  Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom, are able to add Disney Genie+ for the entire length of our already purchased older-style Ultimate Tickets, or the new Magic Tickets at the current limited-time offer price of £6.99 per day, for the full length of the ticket.
