Anchors aweigh, Christina!
How exciting that you’ll be sailing on the
Disney Fantasy in January! What a wonderful way to welcome in 2024 and I’m so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question.
Christina, one of the many reasons I love Disney Cruise Line is because there is always something to see or do on the ship. From beverage tastings to trivia, from pool parties to movies, my family and I couldn’t wait to see what was in store for us next. Now, your sailing from Port Canaveral has an extra dose of pixie dust with a
Pixar Day at Sea and that will be INCREDIBLE!
While there isn’t a list of exact activities and times available for your cruising dates, my first recommendation is to make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App downloaded on your smartphone. When onboard you’ll see all of the options for each day of your trip with additional important information about venues and times. So, for example, the 2023 Pixar Day at Sea sailings had Forky Asks a Question game show! If this returns for your sailing, you’ll find more information on the app. Other offerings in 2023 that may reappear for your trip included a Meet the Artist Lecture Series, themed dining, special character experiences, Learn to Draw animation classes, a Pixar Pals Party and so much more!
Christina, make sure that as your cruise date approaches, you mark your calendars for when you can book some onboard activities that need reservations. For example, my family and I are cruising on the Disney Dream in a few weeks. My husband and I reserved a
Champagne tasting on one of our sea days and you’ll find that certain activities book up quickly. Depending on your
Castaway Club status, you can book a wide variety of activities 75, 90, 105, or more days prior to your departure.
I’ll be wishing on a star that you have a Magical trip. Please come on back with any additional questions.
Bon Voyage!
Lauren
