I am assuming you mean January 2016 as your next voyage on the Disney Fantasy, right? There will be lots of
Disney Characters who might rotate in and out of each sailing. Unfortunately, it's never guaranteed who you'll see on each voyage since schedules always change. There is no list of characters released for each voyage either - so you it will be a pleasant surprise for you and your family once you set sail.
Most recently, there have been sightings of the famous sisters from Arendelle onboard all the Disney Cruise ships. Since Queen Elsa and Princess Anna have been very popular for the past several months, it's likely that they may continue to make their royal appearances for next years' voyages. I haven't heard about Star Wars characters though - I hope that they choose to sail sometime... they've been all over the parks and the RunDisney events, of course. We'll just have to wait and see if any new characters will be sailing with Captain Mickey, since I'm sure there's always something new being planned by the geniuses at Disney Cruise Line.
