booked for Disney Dream in Oct, first time on this ship. we are a few days from being able to book activities-- can i get a list of potential activities in advance so i can review?

Ahoy there Lisa! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so excited that you're here with your question about your upcoming voyage on the Disney Dream! That ship has such a special place in this Disney Dude's heart, as it was the first ship my wife and I sailed on together! Each time we return to the Disney Dream, it's almost like celebrating an anniversary of sorts. I'm sure your crew will make just as many magical memories while you're aboard!

I see you're already taking the planDrew-approved approach of pre-planning as much as you can, and knowing your booking window opening date is a GREAT step!

When it comes to getting an early look at all the onboard fun you can expect while aboard, I suggest setting your heading to the Onboard Activities page - I've taken the liberty to filter everything to what's aboard the Disney Dream! This is a great starting point for all the locations and activities that await you on board, but I should stress that this isn't specific to your particular cruise - so don't be surprised if you see information about the Very Merrytime cruise, even though your sailing will be...ahem...DECKED out for Halloween on the High Seas.

OH, and I nearly forgot to mention, if there's something you see that you'd like to do, anything reservable when your booking window opens will be found under either "Onboard Fun," "Adult Dining," or "Spa and Fitness" in the My Activities section of your reservation - so be sure to take note of which categories your favorites fall under!

When it comes to Port Adventures, those depend largely on which itinerary you'll be sailing and which ports of call you'll be heading to! Since the Disney Dream has bid a fond farewell to Port Canaveral and will be sailing Bahamian and Caribbean itineraries this year, I'd suggest heading to the Bahamas Port Adventures page and taking a look at everything there! Again, this list may contain some options that may not be offered on your specific itinerary, but it should give you some good ideas of what to look for when the clock strikes midnight!

I hope that helps you get your compass pointing in the right direction, Lisa! Thank you so much for your question, and if any others surface while you're making those exciting plans, please send another message in a bottle my way here at planDisney!

Happy planning, and even happier sailing!
