I booked disney 2 days ago, but it won't recognise my booking number when I try to link it in my app. I'm using the correct ref number and name but it isn't linking up.

    Hi there, Alex!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for contacting us with your question! It sounds like you are planning a fun visit to Disneyland Resort later this year!

I am sorry that linking your park tickets to the Disneyland mobile app has been challenging! We generally recommend that Guests who do not live in the United States wait to download the Disneyland app until arriving in America. Sometimes hiccups can occur when using the app in another country. Tickets can usually be linked to both the app and the Disneyland website using the Ticket Confirmation Number sent to your email address. I recommend making sure your ticket is linked to the Disneyland website for now. At the top of the homepage, look for "My Disneyland." Under that header, there is a "Link Tickets" option. The Ticket Confirmation Number can be added there. If you continue to experience issues, you may want to contact the Disneyland Tickets Line to speak with a friendly Cast Member. I recommend printing your tickets and bringing them with you to Disneyland as a backup option.

Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort will be in full swing during your visit! My family loves seeing how Jack Skellington transforms one of our favorite attractions into Haunted Mansion Holiday each year! I also recommend spending time in Cars Land, and brave adventurers will want to board the gantry lift on Guardians After Dark - Monsters After Dark. It is one of my favorite experiences! If you are interested in attending the separately ticketed event, Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party, during your visit, follow the Disney Parks Blog or Disneyland social media pages for ticket information when it becomes available. The event is top-rated and sells out quickly, so try to grab those tickets as soon as they go on sale!

Alex, I hope your visit to Disneyland Resort is filled with spooktacular experiences and treats! Do not hesitate to reach out to planDisney again if you have other questions!
