I booked our Disney Cruise just two days ago, which is about 50 days before our sail date on December 21. Will we still receive our luggage tags and cruise documents in the mail, or should we plan to pick them up at the port?

Welcome to planDisney, Ranma!  Your adventure on Disney Cruise Line is booked, and now it's time to finish your planning.

You may still receive luggage tags in the mail.  If not, do not worry!  There will be blank luggage tags available at the port that can be filled out with your stateroom number.  Your checked luggage will be delivered to your stateroom later in the day. If there are items that you will need during the first few hours on the ship, like prescription medicine, sunscreen, or your bathing suit, make sure to keep that in your carry-on bag.  Disney Cruise Line has great suggestions for your packing list.

Download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before you step onboard, Ranma. Once you are connected to the DCL-GUEST wireless network, you will have access to the onboard activities list, your rotational dining schedule and menus, and the chat feature to use with family and friends you are cruising with.

planDisney is here to help.  If you have any other questions, sail back to visit us anytime.

    Adventure is out there!
