Once the booking is made with the correct deposit payment, the lead guest should receive an email with an invoice attachment that lists all the travel arrangements specified in your package. It will also contain a unique reference number. Should you wish to amend any part of your package - such as flights - you can contact the Disney experts from the U.K. by calling 0800 16 90 730, quoting that booking reference. In my experience, these experts go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.
Christine, it will need to be the listed lead passenger that makes the changes, and, once completed, you will receive an updated invoice email.
Please remember that British nationals travelling to the U.S.A. under the Visa Waiver Programme must apply online via the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) at least 72 hours before departure.
