We have booked a dinner at the Crystal Palace after 6pm on a night with Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Will we still be required to be out of the park by 7:00pm, or can we stay a little after to finish our dinner?

Welcome Laila! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I have good news! If it is a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party night, but you made a dining reservation for any time before 7:00 p.m., you will be allowed to remain at the restaurant until the conclusion of your meal, even if you don’t have specials tickets for the party.
After your dining experience, cast members will check if you have the special ticket for the event, and if you do not have, they will accompany you to the exit of the park.
I hope this helps your planning. Please, come back to visit us again soon if you have further questions.
    Have a magical day!
