Hi, I have booked dinner at chef Mickeys. Is it okay to spend the day at the park, go across for dinner and then reenter the park? Or should we go back to hotel to change, freshen up first. Would rather not waste the time going back

    Hi Michelle,

You should absolutely feel comfortable heading over to Chef Mickey's directly from the theme parks.  It is a very casual, family-friendly friendly restaurant, where most guests are dressed in shorts, or similar attire.  You didn't mention what park you are planning to be at before dinner, but I'm guessing you will be at the Magic Kingdom.  If that's the case, I recommend walking over to the Contemporary (and back to the park after) via the walkway from the park.  It's a quick 5-7 minute stroll, and you won't have to walk up the monorail ramp (which is actually in the opposite direction of the hotel.)

Have a wonderful dinner with Mickey and his pals!
