Booked dinner @ Akershus "Last minute" decision! wondering if its a good experience for DD1 & DS7? Also, for the princess parade, is it possible for me or my husband to walk with our DD since she is so young? I swear, she already recognizes t

    Hi Laura!

I am so glad you stopped by the DIsney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  We are so happy to help.

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is, without a doubt, my favorite Disney Princess dining experience in all of Walt Disney World.  I absolutely feel that both of your children will enjoy the experience.  First off, you do feel like you are dining in an authentic Norwegian castle.  The food is wonderful and, in fact, we had no room for the family style breakfast after dining on the buffet selections.  Secondly, I think the character interaction here is the best and most special.  Your husband can certainly walk with your little one during the Princess Processional "parade."   It's such a special moment so get your camera ready!

Please let me know if I can assist  with any other questions.

Until then, I wish you a truly magical vacation!
