    When i booked i had the dining pass. It says unavailable online! What does this mean for my booking?

    Oh boy!  I'm delighted to learn you have a jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort upcoming this September!  I can bet your whole family is getting super excited as the "days remaining until Disney" finally countdown to zero on your calendar. 

    With this in mind, I thought it might be fun for you to take a peek at our Panel Extras - Countdown to your Disney Vacation for some further pixie-dusted inspiration.

    Clare, as I'm unable to access your My Disney Experience account, I can't say for sure what's included within your booking made with the Walt Disney Travel Company.  However, what I do know for sure is that it's always possible for you to gain access to your booking via this Manage your Booking link.

    Additionally, you could speak in person on the phone with a helpful Cast Member who can take a look at your Disney Resort booking.  In doing so, the Cast Member will be able to explain exactly what you can expect to be included during your magical stay at Walt Disney World Resort.

    To connect with a Cast Member, please go ahead and dial the UK freephone number contained within this Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us link.  Clare, you'll want to have close to hand your Disney reservation confirmation number and any other pertinent details.

    And lastly, when thinking of any dining passes, it might be good to understand that as we continue Returning to a World of Magic at Walt Disney World Resort, the Disney Dining Plans remain paused for the meantime.
