    We have booked a 1 BR deluxe villa at OKW for Aug '11. Which buildings are best to request if we would like one that is refurbished, near the bus stop, pool, and has a good view?

    Hi Jennifer!  How exciting!  I'm going to be staying at the Old Key West Resort in August, too!  I'll be there with my extended family of 18.  Maybe we'll run into each other...I'll be the one wearing the Mickey Mouse t-shirt!

    The good news is that the renovations at Old Key West Resort are now complete!  And, there are FOUR swimming pools and FIVE bus stops!  So, you are sure to be close to one of them no matter where you end up. 

    If you want to be closer to the Hospitality House, where the main themed swimming pool, Olivia's Cafe, and main recreation area are located, then you will want to request Buildings 11 - 14 or 23 - 29.  You can also request a room in any of these buildings with a view of the golf course.  These requests are noted, but cannot be guaranteed.  They will definitely try to accommodate your wishes if possible, though.

    Make sure you make your request known again upon arrival at check-in.
