    Hi - I just booked a Deluxe Suite at BLT for April 2011. They said the room did have a washer/dryer but the website does not specify that it does....can you please confirm? If not, I would prefer to be in the Tower for sure. Thank you so much!!

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I am assuming that you have booked at stay at Bay Lake Tower - which if looking at the picture HERE it is the building on the left, and the building on the right is the Contemporary Resort.  Typically when guests refer to staying in the tower they are referring to the Contemporary Resort (to distinguish between that building and their 2-story garden wing out back).

    Anyhow, all of the one, two and three bedroom villas at Bay Lake Tower have a washer/dryer as well as a full kitchen.  If you are booked in a studio villa, you will not have a washer/dryer.

    To get an idea of what your villa will look like, I suggest that you visit www.allearsnet.com and click on their "accommodations" link.  Then scroll down the list on the left to see pictures of your resort.
