    Dileep from OH Asked

I have booked days at the parks but not the rides. I remember in the past it was important to book times to get on individual rides. Is that no longer required? Dileep

    Heigh-Ho Dileep,

I am excited to hEAR you are Returning to Walt Disney World. And staying up to date with some of the modified changes around the Walt Disney World Resort in order to maintain a healthy and safe environment for all Guests and Cast Members, is important to Know Before You Go. I have provided a link with a wealth of knowledge of what to expect.

One such change is monitoring park capacity with the Disney Park Pass System. Guests are able to make reservations at the park they will attend for a specific day and Walt Disney World can safely maintain each park’s capacity this way. And as for now, FastPass+, which allowed Guests to reserve three attraction selections in one theme park, has been temporarily suspended in order to accommodate the need for more queue space so Guests can safely social distance for rides. Because so few Guests are in the park you will be pleasantly surprised by the wait times. And don’t be fooled by the line, because of the social distance markers set in place, it gives the illusion of a long wait. Your My Disney Experience mobile app gives up-to-date wait times for each attraction and can allow you an easier way to decide what to ride next. More popular rides will typically have longer waits so be prepared to arrive early or just enjoy the wait. Because FastPass+ was so popular so many Guests are now experiencing, for the first time, the artistry and Disney Magic, Imaginears have strategically placed throughout the queues. Enjoy why Walt Disney World is truly The Most Magical Place on Earth.

If we can be of any further assistance before your arrival, feel free to ask us at planDisney and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.
