We booked a 6 day ticket package w/ a resort stay. Since then, we decided to add an additional night at a different Disney resort at the beginning. Can we book Lightning Lanes 7 days from our first stay or must we wait 7 days prior to our stay w/ tickets?

Hey Howdy Hey Katherine and welcome to planDisney!

I bet you all are getting super excited about your upcoming vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort later this year. I fully approve the move to add an extra night to your reservation! Split stays are a great way to experience the Magic of a couple of different resorts during your vacation. The new addition of Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass does bring up good questions about when and how to make your purchases and selections. Not to worry Katherine, you've got a friend in me to share the details with you!

As you mentioned, your window for purchasing will open 7 days from your date of arrival to purchase and select your Lightning Lane Fast Pass and Single Pass options. This should cover your full trip and you should be able to make your purchase and selection for the ticket validation dates.

During your stay, you will have full access to Bell Services. On the day you check out of your first Disney Resort hotel, you can visit Bell Services or call them to your room to pick up your luggage and have it Magically transported to your next resort. Simply collect your baggage from Bell Services or have them deliver it to your room and this can be one huge step to help maximize your time in the parks!

I hope you are enjoying the process of planning your vacation as this can be one fun part of your vacation. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help!

    To Infinity and Beyond,
