Hi, we have booked a 9 day stay at the Old Key West in April 2025. We will then move to the Pop Century for another 4 days. Is it possible for our luggage to be transferred from the Old Key West Resort to the Pop Century? If so, will we incur any costs?

Hi Andre,

Thanks for visiting planDisney again with a great question regarding transferring resorts at Walt Disney World. My family often books a split stay so we can experience more than one Disney resort and enjoy the unique theming and amenities offered.

I have great news for you, Andre. Since you will be moving from one Disney Resorts Collection hotel to another, Bell Services can take care of moving your luggage so it will be waiting for you at Pop Century when you arrive! This is a complimentary service for Disney Resort Guests.

On the day you check out from Disney's Old Key West Resort, simply head to Bell Services or phone Front Desk if you need assistance collecting your luggage. Bell Services will tag your luggage and verify that you are moving over to Disney's Pop Century Resort. You can head straight to the parks or enjoy the resort's amenities (Old Key West's Sandcastle slide is one of my kids' favorite water slides at any Walt Disney World Resort!).

I recommend keeping a bag with you that has any medication or essentials you’ll need during the day, as it might take some time for your luggage to be transferred to your next resort.
