I’m excited for you to experience
Disney California Adventure Park next April! That is a great time to visit! Springtime at the Disneyland Resort is a page out of a storybook. The weather is warm, the trees are blooming, and the tiki birds are singing.
When you purchase a
One Day One Park ticket to the Disneyland Resort, you select your park day during the purchase process. Let’s take a quick stroll down Buena Vista Street and make sure your theme park reservation is practically perfect in every way!
There are two easy ways to check your theme park reservation. The first is through the
Disneyland website. Make sure you're logged into the Disney account you used to purchase your ticket. From the homepage, navigate to the My Disneyland section and select "Tickets and Reservation Details." There, you'll be able to view your reservation and confirm that the date is correct.
You can also check through the
Disneyland app. You'll want the app downloaded before your visit, as it will become one of your best planning pals during your park day! Once you've downloaded the app, log in using your Disneyland account, scroll down to the My Visit section, and select "Future Plans." Your reservation should be waiting for you there!
If you notice the wrong date, you can modify your reservation. Just keep in mind that the new date may fall into a higher ticket tier, which could require paying the difference in ticket price.
Now that we've covered reservations, let's talk about my favorite planning topic...food!
Dining reservations open sixty days before your visit, so I recommend exploring the
dining options ahead of time and making a wish list of your must-visit locations. Having a game plan ready when reservations become available can help you snag those popular spots.
If you're hoping to make the most of your visit, be sure to check whether World of Color will be presented during your trip. If it is, I highly recommend considering a
World of Color Dining Package or
Dessert Party. I've experienced the Dessert Party myself and loved having a reserved seat with an excellent view of the show! Less time waiting means more time making magical memories throughout the park.
