I booked a 5 day package for GCH with Genie+. I linked package confirmation # and was able to make theme park reservations and start playing with genie+ however I don’t see tickets in the app. How do I get my tickets and photo pass linked in app?

Greetings, Molly and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations, your vacation at Disneyland Resort during the Halloween season is creeping up, how very excited you must be, Molly! I am thrilled to hear that you will be a Guest to enjoy Disneyland Resort Hotel Guest perks and conveniences at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, what an absolutely stunning Disney Resort Hotel this is!

Molly, you sound as if you are an excellent planner with a solid grasp of working through your Disney account all the way to linking your Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package and securing your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations, this is impressive. Because you completed this important step, 4 days before your check-in your Travel ePackage (itinerary, theme park tickets and Magical Extras voucher) will be electronically delivered to your Disney account. Furthermore, since you linked your vacation package to your Disney account online, when you sign in to your Disneyland Mobile App all your vacation details will be there for you to access. If you purchased the Disney Genie+ Service during your theme park ticket selection, it too, will appear in the app as well as the perk of enjoying unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day, isn't that great? If you wish to purchase the Disney Genie+ Service when at the Disneyland Resort, simply open the Disneyland Mobile App and purchase the Disney Genie+ Service as soon as you enter a theme park.

Here is how to see your theme park tickets in your Disneyland Mobile App:
    1. Sign in to the Disneyland Mobile App and select the Feature Menu on the bottom right.
    2. This will take you to your Welcome Molly page.
    3. Select My Hotel Reservation.
    4. Select View Travel ePackage to open your details.
    5. Please select Get eTickets.
    6. From this point you should be able to view your eTickets and subsequent Theme Park Reservations from the Tickets and Reservations tile.

    Tip:
Summon the complementary Disney Genie from the Disneyland Mobile App to select your preferred attractions, experiences and dining and the Disney Genie will continually update to show approximate wait times for attraction standby and Lightning Lane queues, plus it will streamline your theme park touring with a suggested itinerary helping you optimize your day.

Order your food ahead of time to save even more time with Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering located in the Disneyland Mobile App - just be sure to update the Payment Method in the My Profile section to facilitate this and any other app transactions.

Molly, I hope this information is helpful, it was my pleasure assisting you today and I look forward to offering more first-hand tips and advice, thank you so much for stopping by planDisney!

    Best Disney Wishes!
