Park Hopper Option on your theme park ticket will not allow you to "hop" to a different theme park before 2:00 PM at this time. Since you won't be able to make a 1:55 PM appointment inside Magic Kingdom Park by hopping to it, let's explore your other options.
Your first option is to call the phone number listed in this link for
How to Book Enchanting Extras Collection and explain your situation and see if they can modify your reservation to be a little bit later. Nothing is guaranteed, but it certainly never hurts to ask. Your next option is to change your plans and visit
Magic Kingdom Park on the day in which your little one has her reservation. You are in luck! I checked this
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and saw that all theme parks have reservations available at this time. You can cancel your Disney's Hollywood Studios reservation and then make a reservation for Magic Kingdom Park for the day of your daughter's appointment. You will still have the availability for hopping to another theme park after your appointment, so maybe you can reverse your plans and visit Magic Kingdom Park in the morning and then hop to Disney's Hollywood Studios in the afternoon.
