Hello! Booked CSR Mar/17-24/13 w/ DDP. Any rhyme or reason why I couldn't get an 'Ohana, or some other reservations on my 180 days prior to arrival, but suddenly I can nail down a rez any day I want? Just curious. Thought it was really strange. Thanks :)

    Hi, Lisa!

I've noticed that, occasionally, some restaurants that I'd like to book so early in advance just aren't yet available for booking. even though we're within our 180 days of check-in.  When this happens, I book a reservation that I'd be happy with at another location, just in case I'm unable to secure my #1 pick. Should I manage to get a reservation that was my first choice later, I simply cancel the one I made as my backup.

Keep trying for those reservations which simply aren't yet available. Also try calling Walt Disney World Dining at (407) WDW-DINE, and ask the Cast Member who assists you about availability for the restaurants you aren't yet able to book. These Cast Members sometimes have information you just wouldn't know by just trying to book online.

Good luck with your reservations! Be sure to send more questions as you think of them, too. We love to help!
