Hi. I have booked the Crystal Palace for an early breakfast. But we also want to go to the Mickey Not So Scary Halloween Party.Do you suggest we cancel the CP and reserve it for dinner?or could we re-enter the park so we could have BF and attend MNSCHP?

An early morning reservation at Crystal Palace is a great thing. It can get you into Magic Kingdom before other guests so that you have a chance to enjoy an uncrowded Main Street and take pictures in front of Cinderella Castle. And a yummy breakfast with Winnie the Pooh and friends is a wonderful way to start the day.

But there are couple of things you want to consider if you intend to do Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that night. First, the party is a special event that requires a separate admission ticket. So if you go to breakfast early, you will use a park admission ticket for the day and you will need another ticket to stay for the party.

Also, the party runs from 7 p.m. to midnight. If you arrive at the park at 8 a.m. or so for breakfast, will you and your family have the stamina to hang on late into the night to get the full value of the party?

If I intended to go to the party, I probably would think about changing my reservation to 5 p.m. or so. That way, you don't need to use an admission ticket to Magic Kingdom early in the day. You can sleep late or do something outside the parks and rest up for the party.

Normally, those with party tickets are admitted any time after 4 p.m. So, with an early dinner reservation, you could still have the Crystal Palace experience and be fueled, rested and ready to get full enjoyment of the trick-or-treating, the special fireworks and parade and other Not-So-Scary activities when they begin at 7.

I hope that helps. Please let me know if I can offer any other advice as you plan your trip. I'm sure you will have a terrific time no matter what option you choose. Enjoy!
