I have booked 2 cruises for my family this year. First cruise was last week...as always wonderful! Next cruise scheduled May 31, Is there anyway I can get a discount if I book an additional cruise for April 27? Thank you!

Ahoy there, KrisAnn. Thanks for taking the time to sail by planDisney again with another question for us.

It makes me happy to see you had a wonderful time last week on a Disney cruise. The post-cruise blues isn’t so bad when you have another cruise already booked! I also love that you’re interested in reserving an additional sailing at the end of April.

There are usually discounts offered on select sailings in specific stateroom categories posted on the Disney Cruise Line website. I wasn’t able to find discounts for an April 27th sailing, however, there are several dates in April that offer up to 25% off.

Prior to debarkation, our family always take advantage of the onboard booking offer. This allows Guests to make a Placeholder Reservation for an upcoming cruise with 10% savings off prevailing rates as quoted on the Disney Cruise Line website, as well as a reduced deposit on sailings that are 7-nights or longer. Keep in mind there are blockout dates and you’ll need to commence sailing within 24 months after Placeholder Reservation was booked. However, the great thing is if you are unable to sail within 24 months, the Placeholder Reservation is automatically canceled.

I wish you many magical sailings in the near future! If you have more questions for us, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again.

    Bon voyage,
    Kiki

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
