Booked cruise online for May 2010 w/trans but didn't realize till after it's for between airport & port. We'll be needing trans between WDW resort & port. Will I be able to easily change this once I have the resort booked. Plan on BLT stay w/DVC

    No worries!

Once your stay at Bay Lake Tower is booked, you can modify your transfer information with the Disney Cruise Line.

First, make sure that you reserve Disney's Magical Express complimentary service between the Orlando International Airport and your WDW resort.

Next, you can call Disney Cruise Line at 1-800-395-9374 and select Option 1 to change your transportation information. By placing this call, you'll receive information about how to check in for your cruise as well as receive information about your transfer to Port Canaveral. Make sure to also book transportation from the Port to the airport, if needed.

Here's what I did in January when traveling to a WDW Resort prior to my cruise:

At home, place the Disney's Magical Express luggage tags on your bags prior to checking them in at the airport. Your bags will then be transferred for you to your WDW resort.
Once you receive your bags, remove the DME tags.
Place the Disney Cruise Line tags on your luggage.

Follow directions provided by your travel documents and/or your Resort's cruise hospitality desk regarding when and where to meet for your Port Canaveral transportation.

    Enjoy your magical cruise!
