We are booked on a cruise in November on the Fantasy. We plan to fly in on Friday night and need suggestions for hote and transportation to hotel and then to pier on Saturday morning. Only one night, looking for easy options ...

Welcome aboard, Valerie! You must be looking forward to your magical sailing this fall on the Fantasy!

I'm so glad you've decided to fly in a day early. My family does the same, just to ensure that an unforseen flight delay or cancellation never has us missing the ship. You've got a few easy options for an overnight stay and transportation to the port.

The Hyatt Regency at the Orlando airport is a great place to stay, without having to hassle with transportation. Then, book Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation for your trip between the airport and cruise port for the next morning and you're all set! Simply give Disney Cruise Line a call and add the ground transportation to your reservation. Though there is an additional cost of $35 per person each way, I promise you that it is well worth every penny to have Disney take care of all of the details. The night before, the Hyatt will let you know when to have your bags ready and they'll take them to Disney's ground transportation for you. You then check in with ground transportation in the airport, hop on the motorcoach and enjoy a relaxing ride while you're treated to videos about Disney Cruise Line and Disney cartoons. Then, before you know it, you'll be arriving and boarding the beautiful Fantasy. After your cruise, your motorcoach will take you back to the airport. It couldn't be easier!

Of course, you could also opt to take Disney's free Magical Express from the airport to one of the Walt Disney World resorts for a one night stay. Then, again, book Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation from the resort to the port.

Either of these two options makes for an easy and seamless transition from land to sea and back again, Valerie. I'm happy to help with other questions as you continue to plan, so don't hesitate to stop back!
