I booked a cruise for 6/2013 on fantasy.I booked the deluxe oceanview stateroom assuming it was a regular porthole, only to find out it is at the front of the ship and the porthole is at an angle. Has anyone been in one? Is it okay? What can you see?

    Hi Elaine,

Congratulations on your Disney Fantasy cruise!  The ship is amazing...you'll fall in love guaranteed!  I have not stayed in this stateroom, but I have toured one during one of my sailings.  You don't have to worry about your view.  The porthole window is at an angle, but it does not change or limit your view if you are comparing it to a similar category room.

Have a wonderful time on your trip!  Have a magical sailing, and thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
