    Hi, we have booked a cruise on Fantasy and have 2 Concierge suites and are able to book excursions in 2 days. Is there a way to reach someone from the Concierge team to assist us? I read you can email them and they will book as soon as it is available.

    How exciting that it’s time to book your Port Adventures on the beautiful Disney Fantasy. In a few short months, you’ll be sipping a cocktail and enjoying the embarkation Concierge lunch with your family. While indulging in the delicious food, the Concierge Team will visit your table and review your itinerary. It’s a great time to make changes and learn about the Concierge Lounge and any special events during your sailing. Sit back and relax because you will be well cared for.

    The Shoreside Concierge Team will happily assist you with scheduling Port Adventures for both staterooms. Your priority booking opportunity opens 130 days before your sail date. I usually get an email a week or so beforehand welcoming my family to Disney Cruise Line and a list of what they can help secure. You can respond to their email or give them a call. Since you might already be within your booking window, you can contact them directly at 407-566-8119, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., or Saturday, 9:00 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. (ET). You can also send them an email at Make sure to include your reservation number in the subject line. 

    Besides Port Adventures, you can request a private Cabana on Disney Castaway Cay, adult-exclusive dining reservations for Palo and Remy, Senses Spa & Salon appointments, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointments, beverage tastings, and rotational dining seating requests. I also like to ask for a few bottles of apple juice for our stateroom. When my son wakes up, he can drink some juice before we all get dressed and head to the lounge.
