I just booked a cruise on the Disney Fantasy. Very excited. I was wonder if the ground transportation to the cruise ship automaticalluy take your lugage to your ship room from the plane in orlando? Thanks

Congratulations on booking your first Disney Cruise, Tara!

You should be VERY excited because the Disney Fantasy is a magnificent ship!  I just returned home from a sailing on this newest gem in the Disney fleet, and my family had the most amazing time!

Taking Disney Cruise Line ground transportation from the airport is quite convenient and makes your transition from land to sea seamless.  Since you are an international Guest, you will need to claim your luggage and clear customs & immigration before heading to ground transportation.  Once you are cleared, your luggage will be returned to the main baggage area so that Disney Cruise Line can collect it and deliver it directly to your stateroom.  After that, you will proceed to Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center which is located on Side B, Level One.  Your hour long ride to the port will be cool, relaxing, and entertaining on a spacious motor coach bus!

Don't forget to pack your carry-on bag with all your cruise documents, medication, sunscreen, swimsuits and anything else you may need before your luggage is delivered later in the afternoon.

As you continue to plan for your voyage, please let me know if I can answer any more questions about your cruise vacation.  I'm always happy to help!

    Have a magical day!
