Hi, I booked a cruise for my daughter’s and kids . I have put one daughter down with wrong surname. She is different to her partner and kids . How can I fix this it’s one from Melbourne in November, only 2 nights and not leaving Melbourne.

Hi there, Sharon!  Welcome to planDisney!  Thank you for bringing your important question here.

If you are not on the reservation, I suggest your daughter call Disney Cruise Line directly for assistance.  A reservation specialist will need to verify some information from her. If you used a travel agent for this booking, you will need to contact him or her to help with the modification.

If they have not already done so, they will need to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.  Consider this a treasure map of all of the onboard activities on the Disney Wonder, including times and locations.  Once onboard, they will need to connect to the DCL-GUEST wireless network for the activities as well as menus and hours of operation for the youth activity spaces. There is so much to do on Disney Cruise Line!  I hope they have a great time on their sailing.

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to sail back to planDisney for help. We are here for you and your family!

    Adventure is out there!
