Hi there, Sarah! Welcome to planDisney, from a former Arizonan. I'm so thrilled to hear that you recently became Magic Key holders. As a fellow Magic Key holder, I'm delighted to help with your question.
Although you've canceled your previous trip, your reservations do not transfer over to your new Magic Key passes. Here's a way that you can double-check to make sure.
Log in to your Disney account at the Disneyland website and under the "My Disneyland" tab on the far right, click on "My Plans." You'll then be able to see any and all of the reservations you currently have booked. You can also view this information in the
Disneyland app. Tap on the three horizontal bars in the lower right corner of the screen and then tap the "Future Plans" tile which will show you all of your booked reservations. If you'd like to make reservations, check the
Magic Key Calendar for available dates and then
make your reservations. All that's left is to start a countdown to your visit!
Get ready, Sarah, you're in for one especially magical year! The
Disney100 Celebration is already in full swing, and the Disneyland Resort is decked out in platinum and purple decorations. The new attraction,
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, just opened and it's super cute and fun. Right now this attraction is only available through a
virtual queue. If you'd like to experience it, I recommend making your reservation with Disneyland Park as your starting park. This will give you two chances (if needed) to join the virtual queue at either 7:00 AM or 1:00 PM. I also recommend checking out the new nighttime spectaculars,
Wondrous Journeys and
World of Color - ONE. Both were so amazing and detailed, I'll have to watch them again to catch things that I may have missed.
I hope this was helpful, Sarah. If you have other questions, please come back to visit us at planDisney. We love to help and you've got a friend in all of us! Until then, enjoy your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
See ya real soon,
Michelle
