    Hello, We have booked connecting rooms at the All-Star hotel due to a family of 6.Now we've read that these rooms are NOT guaranteed to be connecting!We have called the "back room" reservations to make this request.What do you think?Thanks!

    While a connecting room request cannot be guaranteed, there are things you can do to increase your chances.  Make sure you have the request noted on your reservation, and you said you already called to give the resort to give a friendly reminder of your request, so you have done your part!  I don't know when you are traveling, but make sure your call to your resort regarding your request is within 5 - 10 days of your trip.
