    Hello! I booked a concierge level room but I wrote a new email to concierge as opposed to replying to the one they sent me. I sent it at exactly midnight. What are the chances of them seeing that email for my wish list for the cruise?

    In the words of the merchant from Aladdin, “I can see you’re only interested in the exceptionally rare…” Of the many things that make a Disney Cruise Line vacation magical, one of the most incredible benefits that come with stepping up to a Concierge-level stateroom is the pre-arrival service, which as you know, allows you to submit your requests to the Concierge crew members for them to make reservations on your behalf! 

    From highly sought-after Port Adventures to adult-exclusive dining - and my white whale, a Cabana on Disney Castaway Cay - this perk gives you puts the wind in your sails as soon as possible! 

    I know the storm clouds look like they may be mounting, but my compass tells me that if you sent your email to an official concierge email address, and did not receive an error message in reply, you likely have nothing to worry about! Hopefully, you have already received word, and they will make the bookings on your behalf when the 120-day booking window opens without issue! 

    If you are still anxious about them having received your requests, I'd suggest replying to the email you intended to send your wishlist to and asking there! You could also call the phone number provided especially for Concierge stateroom Guests, which you should also have from your first confirmations! Finally, if you are past the 120-day booking window, you should be able to see your plans in the "My Activities" section of the Disney Cruise Line website.
