    We have booked a club level suite at the Contemporary in September. Are there two floors of club level rooms? And is so are club level services ( food mainly) offered on both floors? I am hoping we do not have to go up or down for the amenities.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, it's great to have you hEAR! I love when I am able to help out a fellow resident of the Keystone state plan a Magical getaway. 

    Lisa, September is a wonderful time to visit and since Disney's Contemporary Resort is so convenient to Magic Kingdom Park, I hope you are thinking about how best to enjoy Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! 

    Booking a Club Level room really will elevate your trip and add that pixie-dusted Magic. You are correct that in the main tower of the resort, there are two floors of Club Level rooms, located on the 12th and 14th floors. I am also happy to report that you will also find two lounges, the Atrium Club on the 12th floor and the Tower Club on the 14th floor. If you have booked a Club Level Suite in the main tower, you should find easy access to the lounge and snacks! (There are a few suites in the Garden Wing with Hospitality access.)

    Make sure to carve out some time to enjoy the balcony and the views while you are in the lounge- they are not to be missed! Lisa, I would also recommend calling into Disney Signature Services to learn more about what amenities are offered to Club Level guests. The amazing Cast Members at Disney Signature Services are happy to help with whatever you need. 

    I hope this helps as you are looking ahead to September and planning out your trip. If you are still considering dining options beyond the food in the Club Level Lounge, I highly recommend California Grill. Conveniently located at your resort, this is my husband's favorite restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort and the sushi is fantastic!
