Amanda from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello! We booked a Club Level room at The Polynesian for the weekend of 4/4. I want to be sure we take advantage of anything that is offered for Club Level. Is there a schedule for the Club Lounge? Anything else we should know to take advantage of? :)

Aloha Amanda, and welcome to planDisney.

Oh my goodness! I am so happy to hear that you'll be experiencing the tropical paradise of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort next month. I have spent 30 years visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth," and among all the magical experiences at Walt Disney World Resort, staying Club Level in one of the Deluxe Resort hotels is my favorite way to relax in the magic. You are truly going to love every moment! I'm seriously clapping my hands in excitement for you from my side of the computer!

The King Kamehameha Club represents luxury at its finest! Situated in the Hawaii building, you'll be conveniently located near the pools, the beach area, the boat dock, and the Great Ceremonial House. Upon your arrival, the concierge team will warmly welcome you, and that's when the magic begins. So, let's hula into your question and explore all the wonderful benefits that await you!

Let's start with the benefits you have even before you arrive. Disney Signature Services is an excellent team of Cast Members who can help you with reservations and questions before you arrive. Feel free to contact them anytime before your arrival.

Once you arrive, you'll enjoy the personalized service of Club Level Concierge. Cast Members will offer you a welcome letter, provide information about park schedules, help you with reservations, and more.

Amanda, when it comes to enjoying Club Level, the food is what I look forward to the most! Please keep in mind that food options and serving times may change, but generally, you can expect the following schedule:

    Coffee: 6:30 am - 7:00 am
    Continental breakfast: 7:00 am - 10:30 am
    Light snacks: 11:30 am - 4:00 pm
    Hors d'oeuvres & select beverages: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Desserts and cordials: 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

You'll receive a detailed schedule upon your arrival. The food at the King Kamehameha Club is fresh and exotic and transports you to the South Pacific. Plenty of hearty dishes are also available for picky eaters and children to enjoy!

If you don't mind, I'd like to share a few magical experiences you might enjoy. We loved taking drinks and light snacks—like cookies, chips, and vegetables—down to the water. There, we could relax to the sound of Hawaiian music with Cinderella Castle in the background and our toes in the white sand. It was such a relaxing experience.

But when I think of pixie dust on top of pixie dust at the King Kamehameha Club, it's the perfect place to watch the nighttime spectacular Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom. From the comfort of your air-conditioned seats, you can savor delicious desserts while the lights dim and the music fills the air. Watching the fireworks illuminate the sky across Seven Seas Lagoon is an unforgettable experience.

Amanda, I know I've given you a lot of information, but you asked about one of my favorite magical experiences. Please stop by planDisney anytime with your questions. We are always here to help!
