Hello Raquel! First, congratulations on securing a reservation for one of the most popular dining destinations in the Walt Disney World Resort!
Cinderella’s Royal Table is dining fit for a king, queen, prince, princess, or even a mouse!
Your 8:40 PM dining reservation is going to create a bit of a tricky situation if you also want to see the
Happily Ever After fireworks show. The show is currently scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM on the evening of your dining reservation. You should be able to hear the fireworks while dining inside. Also, depending upon your seating, you might be able to see a few of the fireworks through the beautiful stain glassed windows! Obviously, you won’t be able to see the castle projections because you’ll be dining inside the castle.
Raquel, if seeing the Happily Ever After fireworks show is a priority over dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table, I can suggest that you consider trying to secure a dining reservation for a different time. However, that might be difficult since that is a very popular dining location. Also, if you plan on returning to Magic Kingdom Park on a different evening of your vacation, you could try to catch the show on a different night! Don't forget, if you have a
Park Hopper ticket you would be able to spend the beginning of your day at one park and then head over to Magic Kingdom Park any time after 2:00 PM to enjoy the fireworks show!
Happy planning!
Jonathan
