    I booked a character dining ing via phone and wanted to see where I could view it via email or on Disney site?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to answer your question regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    When you booked your Disney Dining reservation over the phone, the Cast Member gave you a confirmation number. In order for your reservation to show up in your My Disney Experience Mobile App, you will need to log into your My Disney Experience account and add your Disney Dining reservation. Just click the "My Reservations and Tickets" link under the My Disney Experience tab found on the far right of the Walt Disney World website. If you did not write down your confirmation number or did not receive an email confirmation, all you have to do is call (407) WDW-DINE, and a Cast Member will be more than happy to give you the confirmation number.
