Just booked CBR for our group of 13. We span 4 generations, ages 1 to 76! What building is best to cut down on long walks to bus stops for kids & elderly? Also perhaps first stop to load buses? I’d hate if our group gets separated due to full buses.

    Hello Kelly!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am so excited to hear that you will soon visit the Walt Disney World with a multigenerational party! Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is currently undergoing the final touches of the re-imagining that has updated this beloved moderate Disney Resort hotel.

The resort is divided into 5 areas that represent the following Caribbean islands: Barbados, Jamaica, Martinique, Trinidad and Aruba. Each area has its own pool and bust stop for Guests who wish to enjoy Disney complimentary transportation. However, this is a large resort, so if you are planning on being closer to Fuentes del Morro Pool, which is the resort’s main pool, and Old Port Royale, I highly recommend booking a Preferred Room. This will make sure that you are closer to Front Desk, to the major dining opportunities, and also closer to transportation. If possible, put in a request for building 26 in Martinique or 31 in Barbados, but please note that this request may or may not be accommodated.

My tip for your group not to get separated is to check the bus schedule using the My Disney Experience mobile app! You can now verify bus times and plan to be at the bus stop ahead of time to make sure you are there early. In case there are already many Guests waiting, your party can also wait for the next bus, and this way you will probably be the first ones to board. In the event that you get separated, always plan a meeting spot at your final destination.

I hope this helps you while planning, Kelly! Thank so very much for stopping by, I hope you come back to visit us real soon!

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
