Were booked @ CBR 09/17-09/24. What is the best village to stay at? I have heard Jamica but Martinique looks closer to main pool & dinning? We have a 9 & 3 yr old. Do I need to request village in advance or when we check in? I also need a bed guard

    Hi Loriann!

We've stayed at Caribbean Beach Resort and love the tropical setting!

The best village to stay in will depend on your personal preferences. If proximity to Old Port Royale where the food court, gift store, restaurant and main pool are located, is the most important criteria for your family, then you'll want to request Trinidad North or Martinique. Please note,  however, that both of these locations are considered Preferred Rooms and thus cost more than a standard room.

If you would rather stay in a standard room with the lower price tag, then Jamaica and Aruba will be your best choices. Both Jamaica and Aruba require a somewhat lengthy walk to Old Port Royale, however, there are standard rooms that are much further away. We've stayed in Jamaica twice and loved the location due to the beautiful scenery on the way to Old Port Royale.

Any requests should be made on your reservation prior to arrival. When you arrive your room, call Housekeeping for a bed guard and it will be delivered to your room.
