    I am booked at the carribean beach hotel on july 15th- i paid for a preferred room- am I definitely going to get one- the reservations were made in february. how is the hotel, havent stayed there in about 10 years/

    Hi Gina!

         Wow - your vacation is right around the corner!  When you pay for a Preferred room, you are guaranteed to receive a preferred room!  Unlike simple room requests, you have actually paid for your room location.  These rooms are found in two different villages - Martinique and Trinidad North.  The extra cost for these rooms is well worth it, as you are located closest to Old Port Royale.  Old Port Royale is home to the food court, main pool area and shopping.  I think that you will love the new pool - pirates have taken over!  With its zero depth entry, water cannons and water slide -you may never want to leave!
