Hi, have booked Carribbean Beach for 2 adults through UK Travel Agent - if we wanted to upgrade room or indeed dining package - can we do that direct? Also -is it busy between 11/05/14-11/12/14? Very Excited already!

Hello Andrea and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It's very exciting indeed that you've booked a wonderful stay for two at the very beautiful Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort!
To try and arrange an upgrade to your Resort room or to add a Disney Dining Plan I suggest discussing your needs with a Cast Member on 0800 16 90 730.
Walt Disney World Resort is a year round holiday destination for Guests from all around the globe, this does unfortunately mean there will always be crowds of varying levels enjoying the Theme Parks.  My advice for second guessing crowd size between 11th May - 11th December 2014 would be to avoid visiting during all UK and USA public and school holidays.
If I can help you further plan your Walt Disney World Resort holiday, please don't hesitate to come back and ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
