Hello, Susan! Welcome aboard, planDisney!
Your cruise is coming up in two months, which is so exciting! This time frame of Disney cruise planning is so much fun, as you're finalizing all the details of packing and getting ready to be welcomed aboard! To help with this, I would be happy to answer your question regarding completing your Online Check-In.
If you're the one completing both Online Check-Ins, you must complete it for each stateroom separately. The same guest cannot complete the Online Check-In for two staterooms at the same time, even if the staterooms are linked together.
If you're trying to complete the Online Check-In for both staterooms at the same time, you and another adult from the other stateroom could complete them for each one, provided that you're using two different browsers/devices.
You can find the exact date that you can complete the Online Check-In for each stateroom in your reservation information in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App or the Disney Cruise Line website.
My biggest tip for completing your Online Check-In is to have everything you need ready before you begin. This way you’re not scrambling around, trying to gather everything for two different staterooms. For each stateroom, you should have ready to go:
Once you’ve completed the Online Check-In for each stateroom, you can choose your Port Arrival Time. If it’s available, you can choose the same Port Arrival Time for each stateroom. If you’re taking Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation to the port, both staterooms will be assigned the same Port Arrival Time as long as they’re linked together and share the same transportation plans.
Susan, before you know it, it will be time to complete your Online Check-In for both staterooms and be welcomed aboard! I wish you the most incredible memories ahead! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.
Bon Voyage,
Rana
